My church decided to have a BIG birthday party for the entire congregation. People were asked to decorate a table for each month and they asked others to decorate cakes for each month. I chose November. We have had a very busy August so I really didn't have much time to work on a cake. This cake has a butter yellow cake bottom tier and a chocolate top tier, filled with vanilla buttercream and covered with marshmallow fondant. Hopefully I captured the essence of November in this cake. I like the simplicity of this design. Thursday, August 26, 2010
